Vontimitta is a mandal head quarters in Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh, India. Vontimitta is located about 28 kilometers from the city ofKadapa and close to the town of Rajampet. It is a place of historical and cultural importance and is home to a 450 year old temple of BhagawanSree Rama known as the Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple. According to the legend, the temple had constructed by two devotees of Lord Rama, named Vontudu and Mittudu, in one single day. After constructing the temple, they sacrificed their lives and turned into statues. You can find those statues, even now, at the entrance of the temple. Lord Rama statue was established by Lord Jambavanta. And it is the only place in India,where the Sree Seeta Rama kalyanam will be held in the night.

The great devotee of Sri Rama and composer Annamacharya is associated with this legendary temple and lived in Tallapaka located nearby. The temple is also associated with Jambuvantha of the Ramayana. The temple is noted for its sculpture and is notified as an Ancient Monument by the Archaeological Survey of India. The composite image in the garbhagriha of the temple is that of Rama, Lakshmana and Sita is believed to be carved from a single rock. An Anjaneya or Hanuman temple is located close by.

గిరిజ

Girija (Telugu: గిరిజ) is an early Telugu film actress and comedian of 1950 and 1960s. She was born on March 3, 1938 in Kankipadu, Andhra Pradesh. Her first movie was Kasturi Sivarao'sParamanandayya Shishyula Katha (1950). She acted in many films with Relangi Venkataramaiah and became famous hit comedian pair. Her portrayal of Pathala Bhairavi in 1951 hit film Patala Bhairavi got her good name and gave many film offers lasting about two decades.

Ghanpur (Mulug) is a village and a mandal in Warangal district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.
 Ghanpur has group of splendid temples and a beautiful lake with four canals. They are well worth a visit because of the architectural skills that they display. Popularly known as Kota Gullu and Ghanapur lake,these things are surely going to succeed in making a mark in your minds. This place is 66 km from Warangal.

The Ghanpur group of temples are located in Ghanpur mandal, around 62 km away from Warangal. It is locally known as "Kota Gullu" It is believed that Ghanpur got its name from the illustrious King Ganapatideva who ruled between 1199 AD - 1260 AD. Exposed to the vagaries of nature and continuous battles, the temple complex is in a dilapidated condition but speaks volumes of the architectural proficiency of the Kakatiyas. The temples are now being renovated by the Dept. of Archaeology. The Ghanpur group of temples, comprising 22 temples constructed within a double walled stone enclosure contains a veritable museum of Kakatiya art and architecture. Among the group of temples, the main temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, is the most attractive. The main attraction is of the Sabhamandapa porches. Mythical figure brackets such as Gaja-Kesari, Half human-Lion form riding on elephant, Horse-head Lion back on elephant are arranged under the eaves of some porticos. To the north of the main temple is another temple dedicated to Siva, which is an exact replica of the main temple. To the south of the main temple is a pillared mandap whose central ceiling is decorated with different kinds of motifs. There are more than nineteen sub temples each consisting of a garbhgriha and antarala, placed around the main temple. Luxuriant vegetation serves as a beautiful backdrop to the temples and the visitor is overwhelmed by the beauty of the ancient temples amidst the tall and lofty palms.

Penchalakona village is located in Rapur mandal of Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh. It is 70 km from Nellore town. Penchalakona houses the temple of Sri Penusila Narasimha Swamy, which is situated at the foot of a hill.

ఇక్కడ నరసింహస్వామి ఆలయం కలదు. ఇది నెల్లూరునకు 70 కిమీ దూరంలో కలదు. రాస్ట్రంలోని పలు ప్రాంతాలనుండి ప్రజలు కుల, మత, వర్గ విబేధాలు లేక స్వామి వారిని దర్శించి పాపముల నుండి విముక్తులగుచున్నారు.

ఈ పుణ్యక్షేత్రం నెల్లూరులో రాపూరు మండలంకి 35 కిలోమీటర్లు దూరంలో ఉంటుంది. చుట్టూ పెద్ద కొండలు, పచ్చని చెట్ల మద్య పెనుశిల నరసింహస్వామి దేవాలయం చాలా ప్రశాంతంగా ఉంటుంది. ఈ పెంచలస్వామిని దర్శించుకోవడానికి చుట్టుపక్కల పల్లెటూర్ల నుండి చాలా మంది వస్తూ ఉంటారు. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మే, ఏప్రిల్ మద్యలో బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు చాలా వైభవంగా జరుగుతాయి ఇక్కడ. 

తిరుమల బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు జరిగేటప్పుడు పెంచలకోనకు కుడా స్పెషల్ బస్సులు వేస్తూ ఉంటారు. కన్వ మహర్షి ఇక్కడ తపస్సు చేసారని అంటూఉంటారు. మాములు రోజుల్లో చీమ చిటుక్కన్నా వినిపిస్తుందేమో అన్నంత ప్రశాంతంగా ఉంటుంది, వేసవిలో మాత్రం కిటకిట లాడుతుంది. చుట్టుపక్క గ్రామాలవాళ్ళు కొత్తగా కొన్న ట్రాక్టర్కి, లేకపొతే కొత్త వాహనానికి ఇక్కడ పూజ చేయడం రివాజు. ఇక్కడకి రావడానికి రాపూరు, పొదలకూరు, గూడూరు మరియు నెల్లూరు నుండి బస్సులు తిరుగుతాయి. ఉండడానికి కొన్ని సత్రాలు ఉంటాయి కాని అంత అనువుగా ఉండవు. కాకపొతే ఈ గుడికి వచ్చే వాళ్ళంతా ఉదయం వచ్చి సాయంత్రం తిరుగుముఖం పడుతారు.

Sobhan Babu (Telugu: శోభన్ బాబు) (January 14, 1937 – March 20, 2008) was an Indian film actor in Telugu cinema. Born asUppu Sobhana Chalapathi Rao to a middle-class family, Sobhan went on to become a romantic icon and was one of the top Tollywood heroes for two decades. 

He made his film debut with Daivabalam directed by Vasanthkumar Reddy, but his first film to hit the screens was Bhakta Sabari.

Shoban Babu was one of the popular actors of his generation in Telugu Cinema. He has taken over the fame from Akkineni Nageswara Rao as romantic & glamour actor. Hence he was extremely popular among the women audience. Particularly he got reputation among his fans as acting along with more than one heroine in many of his movies.

He did not allow his children into cinema field and even he didn't like his children to come to film studios and shootings.

The Beijjanki Mandal is home to the famed Sri Lakshimi Narasimha Swamy temple, wherein the Mandal's largest Jathara is held every Summer. This temple is a prominent tourist attraction, especially for people from nearby villages, and cities such as Hyderabad and Mumbai.

(Kolanupak) Kulpakji is a Jain shrine at the village of Kolanupaka in Nalgonda district, Andhra Pradesh, India. The temple is said to be more than 2000 years old. The temple was recently renovated by employing more than 150 artisans from Rajasthan and Gujarat. The temple houses three idols: one each of LordRishabha, Lord Neminath, and Lord Mahaveer.
